Junior High basketball. The opposing player scored in the wrong basket and they credited me with the points....those were the only points I scored all season.

high school baseball, right before I was about to go hit I had to go pee...ran to the bathroom pissed, then headed to the on deck circle.
Get up to the plate, do my little pre-pitch routine, when suddenly my mom screams that my zipper is undone.

Played D1 baseball so I thought I would be a natural in an adult softball league. Started in left field so as to not ruffle the feathers of the old timers that had been playing infield for years, but I was confident I'd be at 3rd base by the middle of the season.
Anyway, first ball hit my way was in shallow left. The ball was sky high and I honestly thought it was the 3rd baseman's ball off the bat. As I was jogging in, I realized that it was deeper than I originally thought and I had a chance at making a play if I started sprinting. At the last moment, I came to the realization that I was going to overrun the damn thing, so I tried to plant and slow down, but I lost my footing cartoon style and the ball hit me square in my left eye. It was a disaster. I had seam marks in my forehead for a week. Had to sign paperwork with the park itself and a bunch of other bullshite. It humbled the hell out of me.

I played fullback, had a big TD called back from our RB b/c I was holding. I literally got kicked in the arse by the coach. I mean literally, he literally kicked me in the arse on the sideline.

High School football - wide arse open running down the sideline, ball gets stuck in lights, hits me in the facemask. For sure TD if I catch it
High School baseball - Bases loaded, lost a ball in Center Field in the sun and it landed literally 2 feet away from me. I had gotten under it and lost it right when it started to descend. I felt so helpless, couldn't see shite.

Soccer game to decide which team would go to playoffs. Had a breakaway 1v1 with goalie. Quad muscle cramped and I fell without even getting a shot off.

Threw a pick six early, threw another pick right before halftime and then later in the game on our best drive of the night, I got stripped on a rollout and lost the ball inside the 10.
I ended up getting hooked in the early 4th quarter. In my last game ever. I sat on the end of the bench and cried while watching the clock hit zero. Worst moment of my young life at that point.
Threw a pick six early, threw another pick right before halftime and then later in the game on our best drive of the night, I got stripped on a rollout and lost the ball inside the 10.

Anyway for me the guy I was guarding in soccer burned me and scored in the state semis my senior year. We lost 1-0. To be fair it wasn't completely my fault because our offense couldn't score all game but it bothered me roughly 5 hours until we had graduation and our grad party.
