On the plus side at least this makes it much more convenient for the NOPD to investigate a homicide case. They couldn't have asked for an easier location to get too.

these guys aren't going to stop shite. I'd imagine they'll have to spread them all over to not be discriminatory as if dudes are being shot on every corner. Same neighborhoods all the time. At least those neighborhoods are getting smaller each year.

Did the national guard come out when New Orleans had 3 to 400 murders a year?
