My daughter showed me this on her tablet hours ago and the entire family saw white and gold. This post, still white and gold.

No I now see Black and Blue for all three, just lighter/darker. I swear i originally saw White and Gold at first tho. This is pretty weird.

Wait, I have no idea why this is 22 pages, but on the pc in the office this dress was black and either navy or black. Now it is white and gold.

Some fellow a lot smarter than me (and one like him may be already be in this chain but I did not see it) indicates that the color changes as you move your screen back or forward. Sit in the same position. Gradually move the screen back on your notebook or laptop. If you see gold and white, it will change to blue and black. If you see blue and black, move your screen forward gradually. It should change to gold and white. It is a matter of perspective.
Problem solved, it seems, and it explains to me why I first saw it one color only to see it the other color on my next pass.

Your eyes adjust to either the resolution of the photo or to the dimness that you're viewing the photo in. The damn photo has not been altered or taken in a different resolution. It's a shitty phone pic that some are viewing in a dim room or in a lit room. Everyone's eyes adjust differently. (Apparently due to the length of our rods)
You tried to prove your point by posting a picture from a black and white movie by saying we all know the shoes are red even though it's in black and white. Do you not see how that doesn't make any sense?

It's tan and pale blue. I have a calibrated monitor and am not color blind.
