this is crazy! basically schools can have a commit sign a financial agreement with a rival school and then get them to switch their commitment and get that school hit with recruiting sanctions.

Read the article. It's more than that. If they sign FAA then we have unlimited access to them. In other words we can keep on them making sure they don't flip like this jackass and it doesn't count against us for time used.
