1. Lots of potholes
2. Lots of state troopers especially just west of the Trace exit onto I-20
3. I lived there last year during the ice storms and snow storms. They will be icy early but by mid morning will be fine. They will probably be okay early tonight while there is still alot of traffic on the interstate but still be careful and don't TD and drive.
4. Last year the Vburg river bridge was shutdown during the storms so that made the quick stops and restaurants fill up. So plan your poops accordingly.
5. Check 96.3 or 102.9 I thought they had the best road condition coverage or pull over before using your phone to check this link

no problem at all so far...all we have had is rain...

later tonight and early tomorrow, there might be some ice if the temps drop much during the night, but other than that, I would expect a non-event...
