Who has Juniors production that makes less than $8 million/year, rookie contracts not included?
You are looking at sacks and sacks only. IMO, a majority of the players in Junior's sack and pay range are more complete football players. Junior's extra sack or two a year compared to player B is not worth it if Junior is that much of a liability on the other downs.

Like who, jared Allen? No one is as young as him, nor as productive in pass rushing as him at 8mil

Not at all, I'm looking at overall pressures.
I think that Junior's sack #, while still very good, greatly suffered this year due to our interior line play.

While kind of true, he was much better against the run this year IMO. He's a pass rushing specialist, and his pay still makes him a bargain.
He's grown a lot over the last 3 years (needs to mature along with that). If I was just looking at sack #'s, I'd say he has the potential to be a $12 million player

Take the C off his uni and make him a third down DE if they can find a better 1-2 down guy.
I like Foster for that role and hope he has a healthy and productive camp. Without the shitmutt distractions.

Meh. It is a passing league now, and he still creates negative plays for a loss in the backfield against the run.
He had 67 total pressures in 2014, which is elite. He had the highest Pass Rushing Productivity (Sacks + .75hits + .75hurries) in the NFL for DE's according to PFF in 2014 at 12.2, ahead of Cameron Wake at 12.1. From the Left Side, that number rocketed to 15.9
He finished 20th in run stop %, which isn't great, but also isn't bad either. Cameron Wake ranked 27th
Cameron Wake's remaining contract will average a $10+ million cap hit and he'll likely get $12 million after that.

I think we'd all love to have Cameron Wake on our team. He's widely considered to be an elite NFL player

maybe we can compare 2014 numbers to will smith's or reggie white's too.

will smith was a 4-3 DE, so he had different assignments.
White was a 4-6 DE. See "Smith, Will"
While Juniah has been a project player from the moment he was undrafted and wasn't the best run stopper, he has improved each year. He is a pass rusher in a 3-4 alignment first and foremost, and he does that very well. He is worth his money, and he needs it to continue to afford paying all the shitmutts to keep pulling his taffy
