Pretty sure there was a scene in witcher 2 when I got a mound of coke slapped in my face in a brothel and a pregnant women was chained to a wall.

Sounds like a game that needs to be modded. Open all that footage up.
Now I haven't played these games. Why is there sex in it? Does it actually make sense with the game or is it in there for shock value?

It's a role playing game for a mature audience. Pretty much the same reason it is in any movie that has sex scenes. It does not have to be there but it is for entertainment.

You see bush in the first 3 minutes of Witcher 2 so this isn't surprising.
