You nailed it. Lowry is in a huge slump right now, despite starting in the All-Star game. The Raptors had an awesome start, but now they have the record of like the 7 seed in the West or something.

Raptors and Hawks are the top 2 seeds in the east but no one is really scared of them or talking about them. I think cavs could handle both of them but who knows. That's what the playoffs are for
