I'm sure most have seen this but whatever, dude is sick and this deserves to be seen again. One of the best passing big men I have seen, reminds me of a young Magic. Enjoy

One thing I noticed is he's equal with both hands while handling the ball. Most big men tend to favor one side. His hook shots from both hands are money. Shoots lefty and usually dunks righty. This was the reason I was terrible in basketball. My left hand is useless! Lol

Can't wait to see him with LSU across his chest. He got big time GAME.

He threw up a triple double on the No.1 PF in the country Ivan Rabb, then he put up 30 against two 5 star 7 footers in Chase Jeter and Stephen Zimmerman. He was named MVP of the NBPA Top 100 camp, The LeBron James Skills Academy, The City of Palms Classic for the second straight year, and the The EYBL Peach Jam. Many think he'd be the No.1 pick in this years draft. Montverde is currently ranked No.1 in the entire country thanks in large part to Ben. He's been invited to both the McDonalds All American Game and the Nike Hoops Summit. He's a finalist and the favorite to win the Naismith Award, which is given to the top high school player in the country. He's been compared to LeBron, Magic, and Pippen. He's likely going to lead Montverde to its second consecutive Mythical High School National Championship. Ben is currently averaging a 28/12/7/4/2.
In summary, he's pretty fricking good.

When is that national high school tourney?

The Dicks Sporting Goods National Tournament begins on Thursday, April 2nd in New York. The winner of that is crowned Mythical National Champion.

The dude is absolutely sick. Great handles for a big man and he is so fluid out there. No part of his game is choppy. He can probably work on a more consistent jump shot (what 17/18 yr. old can't) but man......I can't wait until this guy suits up for LSU. Once in a generation type player for us.

can he do anything besides dunk? That's why I don't really care for mixtapes. All they show is dunking and And1 type of behavior.

Congrats for having ADD and only watching the first 20 seconds of the video

great dunk highlights but what is not seen in the video is his range from 3 point land. Dude is a beast

How someone can watch that video and only see dunk highlights is beyond me. I am amazed at how smooth he is, how well he handles the ball, his ability to use both hands equally well and his vision when passing is incredible. But yeah, great dunk video.

I have watched all of his games that have been on ESPN this season and some of last season, and his greatest abilities are creating a jumper at any time, his ability to get to the rim with ease, his mad ball handling skills, his range and my favorite his vision and passing abilities!! He will probably end up being the best player at LSU this generation, him only staying one year moat likely will keep him out of the conversation of all time stats etc, but he will be remembered with the likes of Shaq and Pistol Pete when its all said and done IMO.

When ppl complain about not seeing more jumpshots, think about this. If you're trying to score, is it easier to make a layup or dunk, or shoot a jumpshot? He's got such remarkable skills to get to the basket he hasn't had to develop an elite jumpshot. In interviews I've seen, he's talked about how he knows all offseason and summer he will be working on his jumper.
Another thing to consider....every offseason since he was probably 8, he travels and plays in tourneys, he's never just worked out to get better. My roommate and I talked to Blake Harris (who is no longer on Verde and I have no idea why), and Marquez Letcher-Ellis, and they said they practice everyday even if they have a game. So as smooth and natural he is, his entire life has been spent learning how to play, not refining his individual skills.

If you didn't have reading comprehension problems you would see that my statement was alluding to his passing.
