I'm skeptical that Dez Bryant beat the frick out of someone on video and no one saw or said a thing. Unless it happened in the privacy of his own home and he was caught on a nanny cam, this seems like a hell of a stretch.

Good article on the matter. Basically all the Cowboys insiders and big time journalists know nothing of the video.

My family grew up in Houston, and my dad jumped on the Dallas sports train when he moved there at 50 years old. So we argue about Dallas/Houston sports all the time.

Ehh...losing Dez would be a monumental blow to the Cowboys. They are in win now mode with only a couple more years of Romo and there is no one available that is even close to Dez, talent wise.
That being said, he's a TPOS if he assaulted a woman like Rice did and something has to be done. Dez is the biggest dumbass on earth if he not only beat a woman but did it near cameras after seeing what happened with Rice. Oh and right before he was about to get PAID.

If true, at least it gets released before he's franchised and quickly signed the tender. That would guarantee him the franchise money even if suspended ala Greg Hardy.
But it's strange that Florio said that all of the major insiders have heard about the video for "months" but couldn't get it. Now rumors start to pop up that this will be released in a day or two. I'm going to remain skeptical with a possibility for not being surprised.
As for the talk that this is a negotiating tactic, wow. Dez Bryant is already not entirely trusting of these sort of media negotiation tactics; this would be a new and startling low for ANY TEAM.

There's a lot of rumors on two different Cowboys boards that it's allegedly a Walmart surveillance video involving Dez and an underage girl.
I certainly hope thats completely false. Maybe that's why the video hasn't/won't be released.
