when it does, I'll see if it really is so horrific, but this doesn't even break a 5 on my give a shite o'meter now that the rumor aspect is removed

lol. jail time for an incident 4 years ago where no charges were pressed and the statute of limitations is 3 years?
Even if a video comes out that looks horrible, he won't be able to be held to the NFL policy of zero tolerance because the incident happened prior to that policy being in place.

Hopefully the NFL doesn't appeal the AD decision and Dez will walk away scot free based upon that ruling.

my interest has passed...this is why I loved the PFT rumor mill...because rumors are awesome. rumors suck after you realize they're not rumors
maybe if it went from total speculation to video being on youtube in a second
but we're slowly being doled out the info and it just isn't as interesting. It's like a movie preview that tells you too much.

I'm going to give the rest (that it's on video and it's bad) the benefit of the doubt especially considering the two dez Bryant tweets about friends betraying him and something coming out soon.
As far as the police report, it only confirms aspects of the story, but I don't care about "no injuries, no crime" because cops are fricking lazy and he took everyone at their word (probably to avoid having to walk his fat arse into the wal mart to check the surveillance and then writing up paperwork)

This is a rather twisted version of the original rumor IMO.
The original rumor is there is video of Dez doing something to a woman that is 5 times worse than Ray Rice.
The police report proves nothing regarding that rumor. What we have is there was an altercation at a WalMart in which he was observed showing up after the officer arrived and was deemed insignificant enough that he did not get into trouble.
I also think its pretty lame of you to waive off the fact that the officer saw no reason to arrest by simply saying he was likely a lazy fat arse.

What I do know is that if there was a tape it will come out.
Since it has yet do so I can only come to the conclusion that the story is mostly bullshite.
