Has anyone discovered what prompts these adjective middle names?

On facebook? I've always seen it pointed out, just still unclear as to how/why it started in the first place.
Examples:
Kayla "Highlyfavored" Douglas
Jamal "BaccJumpin" Benjamin
DeJonathan "RazzleBrazzers" Millner
LaQuinta "getsmoneyallday" Behemoth

Probably the same way any trend begins. One person decides to add a nickname to their facebook name. Other people (probably friends) adopted it.
