I'm 6'1 210 and very seldom lift more than 205 on bench. I'm trying to be fit not impress people by how much weight I lift. I am pretty weak though

do it!
I made huge gains in strength doing wndler's 5/3/1.
When picking your projected max, to base your numbers on, it is ok to start a little low, if you feel that 225 is probably closer to your 1RM start there. If after your first 3 week cycle (4th week is deload), you don't feel like it was quite heavy enough increase your 1RM by 10lbs rather than 5 after your deload week.
Don't jump the gun and increase it too much, or too fast. weeks 1/2 typically feel a little easy, but by week 3 your body is spent, and it feels far more difficult.

I found the calculators worked better for my squat and deadlift as opposed to bench press, overhead press, etc.

agreed. my bench sucks but thats because i have had a torn pec muscle and some bursitis in my right shoulder.

3 scoops of C4 is the best way to increase your max bench

You gotta love the OT. NFL combine athletes who work out with strength coaches 80% of the year, who literally work out for their job, average maybe 10-15 reps at 225!
Numbers that get you into the top 15 at the NFL combine!
TE-14
QB-12 (Only one participated)
WR-13
S-11
DL (aka beasts)- 26
LB (Beasts)- 23
CB-15
OL (beasts) - 26

my best bench was 275x6.
im not too tall but i have relatively long arms.
for instance the first time I ever did deadlifts i pulled 365 at a 165 bodyweight. my best ever pull was 610 at 185.
i find i have to lift and exercise more frequently now with more volume but less intensity

It really doesn't matter. If you lift weights on a consistent basis, you know how much weight you can handle for X amount of reps.

Its kind funny. I could easily pass La'el on the bench test.......and he would plant my arse like a giant green thumb.

so im a beast? Confused? do you not believe me?

Looks pretty accurate. I can rep 230x10 when I am lifting consistently. That puts me at 307 max and the most I have ever benched with no spot (spotter standing back there but not touching, giving lift off or anything) is 305.
So spot on for me.

I used the ACSM formula the estimate my 1RM a couple weeks after benching a 1RM raw to compare the numbers. Gave me a perfect estimation. Put up 225 6x which ended up calculating a 265 1RM. Applied that number to a 5/3/1 routine and in a little over a month 1RM'd at 104% of my original.
5' 10", 173, still working at it

Not sure. Maybe you should become a strength coach and help get these guys reps up to your level.
Honestly, there is a lot of people out there that can lift some serious weight. There's a guy at my gym that reps 405 very easily on incline. That doesn't mean that's anywhere near the norm and that if you can't bench 225 lbs at least 10 times then you somehow aren't into lifting weights.

Those things are nice but not accurate. They've told me my max is 450 pounds...

that is waaaaay to low for you

For me they aren't. I do three sets of 225×10, but I would drop 300 on my chest and not budge it.
