Lets talk about yoga

I've been pursuing my practice for 6 mo's now.
So Im a newbie to be sure. But it has had amazingly positively affects on my mind and body.
It is such a blessing to take the time to get in touch with ones body. Simply the stretching itself has hugely positive benefits.
plus yoga pants
being the lone guy in a room full or bored housewives in yoga pants can lead to only one thing
embarrassing erections

My buddy (who is 6'7) and I (who am 6'3) did hot yoga once.
That shite was hard as frick.

Yea the first time I went to a class was humbling. I almost walked out right in the middle because it was miserable

Im in the best shape of my life
I can bend things I didn't even know could be bent.
th woman in this class are very encouraging, they will come over to my mat and hold things and stretch things out while other girls massage things

I took some Reebok Power Yoga class at a convention my wife went on about 10 yrs ago.......
kicked my frikkin arse. Being on the verge of puking negated the very positive visuals that were present.
