Looks like my pawpaw might be giving me an old flatboat of his, along with a trailer and small 9.9 outboard.

UPDATE:

So apparently the boat has never had any papers on it. No decals or anything. Just an old flat thats been sitting by the camp. So can I register it with LDWF?

I'm not so sure about the little boat though. It's just an old thing that's been sitting at the camp for years that I'm going to work on.
Was it ever registered?

Call LDWF. If you have the HIN they can look it up. If it was registered, there's a form on the LDWF website you can print out. Send that in with a notorized Bill of Sale or Act of Donation and pay the appropriate fee.

registration form

If no current registration, ask them what to do

I had to do the same thing. Had to bring the paperwork to BR. Wasn't bad.

Bump with updated info

Also, just tried calling LDWF with my questions and the lady didn't know the answer to my question. What in the hell.
