Which OT baller is building this monstrosity of a house? I mean how big of a house does one need? After 8 or 9 thousand sq ft what do you put in a house? I'm assuming that it's at least double that size.

Steve Keller. He owns creekstone companies and funded his brother to start block construction. Developer of Juban crossing, towne center, the district on perkins, and several apartments across the company. You should see the inside.... It's unbelievable.

The inside? I think he's talking about the new one going up that is currently being built

I thought he meant the one between the two under construction. It has the white columns and painted brick. I guess it's a little to left of Santa Maria, not exactly across the street.

Correct. I wouldn't think any of the inside would be done yet. Probably doesn't even have drywall up yet. Just guessing though from what I saw from the road.

It's almost directly across from the entrance. I mean you can't miss it. It literally looks to be a mile long and could easily be 18,000 sq ft.

I use to ride my 4 wheeler all over that land back in the day.

I am a little disappointed in the size of the garage.

Yeah but the helipad is huge.

Not from the contractor adding on according to the latest thread.
