Obviously spoilers for those who haven't watched through Season 2.
Jason Biggs will not be returning as Piper's ex-fiancé.

I stopped watching this show like 5 or 6 episodes in almost solely because Jason Biggs wasn't involved enough. It was just WAYYY too much of a chick show.
