Need an AD update and a breakdown from ATL on WTF happened over the last 24 hours.

I still haven't seen any good clarification.
We know we got Norris Cole and waived Ish Smith.
Justin Hamilton got a mention in Jim Eichenhofers daily 5 Things this morning, so I think we're keeping him.
Shawne Williams' status hasn't been mentioned, but in the team release on waiving Ish they said the roster is now at 15, which suggests we're keeping him too.
There were some "protected" 2nds, rights to Latavious Williams, and cash swapped in the Ish Smith trade which helped OKC stay under $80 million in payroll. I'm guessing they were fake 2nds and we did it for the money.

AD is playing, Ryno is a game time decision (which is better than the "doubtful" designation he got earlier).
