I'm looking to transfer a parcel of non-income producing real estate in Union County from my grandmother's estate (Louisiana) into my father and uncle's names (both in LA). I prefer not to go through the hassle/expense/time of probate as this is the only remaining asset.
Louisiana attorneys can't/won't deal with the ancillary succession. So what I'm looking for is a recommendation of a succession/probate attorney in the area or even someone on here who might could handle it. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
