Excellent choral compositions or A Cappella

Just posted this on the OT in response to the Favorite Poem thread, but got me thinking about really great choral compositions or A Cappella versions of recent songs...

Eric Whitacre composed one of the best choral songs I have ever heard based on Stopping by Woods.
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
Sang a different version in La All State choir in 2003 called Sleep.
Sleep
It's beautiful and haunting. Over a decade later I can't hear the song without chills running down my spine.

I came across the BYU Men's Choir version of "Nearer My God to Thee" and it's absolutely amazing.
