Open season.... Anyone ever had chronic pain of their coccyx ? (tailbone)

I've had tailbone pain for about 9 months now... I've tried a good many things and have had zero relief...It's started to get worse the last month or so ... No trauma... anyone else here ever experienced anything similar ?

yea I've been...none of know shite about this..here is my list
Family Doc:
sit on a pillow
xray
MRI
misdiagnoses of a pilonidal cyst
2 round of antibiotics
an antiinflammatory
none of which did anything
Ortho surgeon :
reexamed MRI and found signficant inflamantion in bottom joint... prescribed celbrex ...relieved about 60% ... stopped taking after a month, problem back in full

Google polynomial cyst.. One of my buddies had one and thought he broke his tailbone for like 3 weeks.

I think you meant pilonidal cyst.
A polynomial is something you see in algebra class, not med school.
