I have noticed by the wear of my dress shoes, I walk on the outside heel of my feet. I am in my 30's now so is there a way to fix that? Or am I just a lost cause?

you're a lost cause. I doubt you can change your gait at this point in life.

I am burning through dress shoes like it is going out of style now. I have never really noticed it before now.

Find a good shoe repair place and just replace the heels.

I forgot the name of it but a shoe repair place can put a heel plate or heel tap on your new shoes so they don't wear as bad. After that they can replace the heel when it does wear.
