WeedWorld Candy Van

So the WeedWorld Candy van was down by Bourbon Street Monday handing out/selling lollipops and candy. Has anyone tried this stuff and is there any actual THC/effect at all or is it a total scam?
I am going to have to applaud the guy either way. One of two things is happening. He is openly selling MJ products and the police are letting him do it. Or... He is scamming people to buy regular lollipops for $5.

Technically there is a "legal amount" of THC that he is allowed to put in those, but not enough to do anything to anyone. I remember reading an article about it after I bought a few last year for fun.

I've seen this van all over town and I've always wondered how this dude could possibly operate and not get sent to prison.

Weed World Candies is a business that markets infused cannabis-flavored lollipops. The lollipops are marketed and sold in vans in across the United States. While the candy sold from the vans contains no THC, the advertising on the vans depicts cannabis plants next to lollipops, suggesting a cannabis flavor or the possibility of intoxication after eating the lollipops

I have Google as well.
I was really more looking for something from someone who had tried one.

My cousin overdosed on them. They are not to be trifled with.

But the lollipops — which sell for $5 each or five for $20 — suck. Smoking out a scam, NYPD officers “field-tested” the candy and found it contained no marijuana, officials told The Post. “Maybe we can slap them with a charge of lying to the public,” a law-enforcement
