Bet on the Cardinals. All Day erryday.
They have a balanced lineup, some speed, some power, L/R, etc.
They have playoff experience.
They have pitchers who have shown to be tremendous in the postseason (Wacha, Wainwright)
They have pitching depth out the arse.
Adding Heyward to that OF greatly improves their D.
I really like St. Louis this year.
NATIONALS----too many K hitters. They will be hot and cold IMO. PLus that defense is horrendous.
DODGERs------Very overrated hitters like Ethier and AGon. Kershaw's legit though.
ANGELS-------I know they added some help, but I'm still not a believer in their pitching depth and Hamilton/Pujols being the players they pay them to be

Great pitching can take you a long way and they have the best rotation in baseball.

I agree. I think they win the NL east.
I don't think they have the bats to win the whole thing. Plus, bad defense can make great pitching look merely good.
