There was an elderly couple close to where I live that had an old elevator installed in their home. They both got in it one day and it got stuck. No emergency button. They found the bodies 3 weeks later.

Not necessarily why, I'm sure they are adventurous and curious, but that shite is like terrifying to me

Read about Floyd Collins. Famous cave explorer in Kentucky who died in the 20's after being stuck in a cave for a week.

Yeah, I feel that way towards all extreme sports. I like big doses of adrenaline just the same as anyone else. I can get that from ways where I wouldn't probably kill myself trying to do it.

I watched Sanctum on HBO a few years ago. I'm claustrophobic and it pretty much gave me a panic attack.
