Looking for recommendations for the family (wife and 3 kids) anywhere from Gulf Shores to Destin/30A area.

Looking at the last week of June, the 24th- June 29th (week before 4th of July). Can also do most of July as well.

Looking online there are a lot of options so I'm getting lost.

Looking for something very close to the beach that has a nice pool set up (kids are 7, 5 and 3). Don't care if it is a condo or house.

Wanted to stay at Watercolor, but, looks like they are all booked.

I know a lot of people here vacation in this area, so looking for recommendations. TIA

I always stay at the Hilton Sandestin. I hate condos and I don't go on vacation to cook for myself though.

Is Seaside all booked up?

Another option...
Henderson Park Inn

Of course there's also Fairhope...

I like Eden Condominiums in Perdido Key. Just across the Alabama/Florida line from Orange Beach.

I thought Henderson Park Inn was adults only? OP has 3 kids.

I'm done with Gulf Shores as well as Navarre Beach..my new favorite is Okaloosa Island ... so clean and clear and not crowded even at peak season. Found our condo on vrbo.com

Stayed at Jade East in Destin many times. It's right across from the Big Kahuna water park. Beaches were a little crowded but the Condo was always very nice. Traffic is not very good along there.

Have recently been staying at Romar House in Orange Beach. Beaches are not nearly as crowded, units are very nice and we enjoy it a lot. Very family friendly.

It looks really nice though. You stayed there before? I looked into staying there once before finding a condo at a better price.

I'm taking the wife and my three kids to the Waterscape condos. Looked like a nice set up and they have a lazy river and large pool area. I had the same criteria as you did.

30a and sandestin are gorgeous, but if you are looking for something closer, the caribe resort in orange beach has a great pool area for the kids. Lots of water slides. Mine love it.

Pics of wife?

She might qualify for an all-expense paid side trip, if you're on a budget.
