Good for her and the family.
Had to give them a little extra closure... Too bad the pos couldn't have been strapped inside to a chair.

I would add a legally to the title. Sounds like arson at first read

Somer disappeared Oct. 19, 2009 while walking home on Gano Avenue with Samuel and her sister, Abigail, from Grove Park Elementary School. Harrell lured her into his mother's home at 1152 Gano Ave., which was along her route home.

Deputies, the FBI and the community conducted a massive search that night and for the next two days. Investigators found her body in a Georgia landfill Oct. 21.

That's pretty cool of them to let her do that. I imagine just seeing the house brought back horrible feelings to her. Burning it down, although not completely healing her, probably made her feel a little bit better inside.

Man, you should not be a headline writer. The way you've worded that, I thought you were saying the mom burned her daughter's killer alive in his house.

That is much, much different.

Or a little less guilty for not teaching her to stay away from strangers; or ride the bus; or pick her up from school.

Can't understand how her twin brother and sister, who were walking home with her, allowed her to be lured into that house on the route home, and keep walking.

Headline's no worse than the bullshite from WAFB. All he has to do is put "you won't believe what happened" on the end of the title and it's like he works for WAFB.
