One dozen pair of beads wrapped up in a bag of plastic.

This is the 5th year in a row I know of someone getting hit square, in the face, with a plastic bag with 12 pair still packaged.
3 of the 5 are women over the age of 55 who aren't always paying attention to every person throwing at all times.
