I've traveled from the northshore to Lafayette and back since 5am. The morning route was to 110 across 190 back to 10 and I came home via 90 through Morgan City to 310 to 55 and across 22.

Okay I ended up not avoiding the interstate because the traffic started just past my exit but yeah if you're going eastbound, right after you're over the hump past the 190 exit, you're in bumper to bumper. 3 miles past that exit the left lane is blocked. So there's that.
