I know, right. 135 lb shoulder presses is part of my Wednesday cycle. Sets of 8.

Yea I wouldn't be surprised if he hurts himself doing something so trivial. Now if he was curling 225lbs, I'd be impressed.

I don't even lift, but wouldn't pressing a barbell use more/different muscles since you have to balance it while lifting it?
In any event, doesn't seem like the safest thing to do.

He made the 115 look a lot better than the 135

Takes more to stabilize a dumbbell. Work more muscles

You are correct, but do you see in the video how he was swaying back and forth on his hip as he was lifting? That's horrible form and can really mess up your lower back. A dumbell would help reduce that movement.

not one handed. They are the same thing.
If overhead barbell shoulder press vs. dumbell presses, then yes youre correct

Now if he was curling 225lbs, I'd be impressed.
He finally is getting around to workout again. It feels good.

where does scruffy workout? I'd like to go drop a 40lb dumbbell on scruffy's nutsack for scruffy speaking in 3rd person.
