Best lightweight/portable sleeping pad under $30

This question is spurred by the inevitability of sleeping on a hardwood floor this weekend, but I've been meaning to find something decent that I can use camping. Just looking for something lightweight and portable. And cheap. If any of you guys know of something I can pick up at Academy or Bass Pro that is mildly comfortable and isn't filled with asbestos, would appreciate it.

Thermarest won't be under $30. It will be closer to $45-50. Good pad. I use the trail scout and neo air regularly.

I bought some of the browning XL self inflating sleeping pads. Sadly they don't fit your criteria at $99 but i consider them portable as they fit into a 30" long carrying case and are really comfortable. They claim 3" thick when inflated but i would put it at 2" however you do not feel the ground. I picked them up for camping with my son's cub scout pack as i was tired of dealing with air mattresses and no electricity.

If you are close to a military installation, check out a surplus store. They might have the ones the military uses. I bought some for 5 bucks a piece several years ago. You could buy two and put em together.

How portable. Maybe get one of those egg carton looking mattress toppers. Get a queen size and fold it a few times. May not be able to backpack with it but should be comfortable.
