It's not a bad song or anything but it's definitely not their best work. However, it played to the masses. There was a time where you couldn't walk into a party or Frat house or whatever and not hear that song.
They've grown a lot since that album though.

I've listened to the Allman Brothers since before middle school and it still holds up today. Love their music.
I used to love DMB, I just grew out of it. Nothing at all special about their music once you've actually taken time to expand your horizons. About as bland as it gets. I will say his band is quite talented, particularly Carter Beauford.

I guess I'm older because when I was in college it was Satellite, every girl's other favorite DMB song. Crash was right at the end of my college daze.

Then why take the time to come in and be a cocksucker in a thread where someone is wanting to hear DMB stuff? I don't listen to DMB anymore either, but there's definitely a lot worse music he could be looking to get into. DMB has great songwriting and musicianship.
