Pulled pork taco on a corn tortilla with minced red onion, cilanto, jalapeno peppers, tomato and lime. Probably making a batch of hummus to snack on, too.

Grabbed an Asian flank steak sandwich from Mitchell's Deli. Great sandwich. Nice, toasty bread with a liberal portion of tender flank steak. The Asian marinade used adds a subtle sweetness that works great with the crisp giardiniera.

Chicken salad sandwich if the chicken salad I made seems okay (made it Sunday night with leftover chicken that was cooked Saturday.. you think it's still okay to eat?)
