Davis's father is Alabama's all time leading tackler. Don't see anyone having a real shot at him but Bama.

Exactly, you don't waste resources on guys who aren't coming here. We have some big time LB prospects who want to be Tigers. Lock them up and we have nothing to worry about.

I'd rather see them focus on a LB like Daniel Bituli (as far as OOS goes).

Also add Erik Fowler from Texas to the list if priorities. We will chase a couple of the AL LBs but those 2 might not be the best candidates. Davis will play out very similarly to Marlon Humphrey. He will flirt a little and one school(FSU in Humphreys case) will get great vibes and start believing they really have a chance even though they've fought that urge all year, only to have the inevitable happen, the kid goes to Bama. Fortunately for us I think Auburn will be the patsy in the Davis recruitment.
Wilson is a heavy lean to Bama as well but I could see throwing our hand in there just to give it a shot.
Chase the Moon kid or one of the other 3-4 LBs they have this year that are good prospects.

Fwiw,
Moon is also a Tide legacy. His uncle, who he is very close too is former Alabama LB Darius Gilbert
