Best NBA players who never made All NBA first team ?

In the discussion about prehistoric Ray Allen some people called him one of the NBA all-time greats. I think that is absurd. The man was barely above average for most of his career. He had three or four good seasons. But even then he wasn't a top five player in the NBA. But these people want to crown him as some great Hall of Famer. Anyway who do you think are the best NBA players who never made the all NBA first team?
