Anyone know where to get steel tubing bent?

I need to have two 5' lengths of 1/8" thick 1" square tubing bent to about a 36" radius. Know anywhere around BR to get this done? I have the steel.

I've seen that video. I have wood to build a jig but haven't had the time to build it. A bigger problem is I don't have a work table heavy enough to not move during bending. If the price is right, I'll pay to have it done.

At one time there was a place called spiral metals or something like that, they specialized in doing this type of stuff. The bent the metal at the dock on the river by USA kid and I think built the ramp for the belle casino boat. They bent some 35' 4" sq tube 1/4" wall into arches for a commercial canopy for me on a job one time 10 years or so ago. If you can't find them call the guys at sabel steel and ask them if they know anywhere

Go to literally any metal shop and they will do it

I'm with you on that. Front L & R wheel bearings on my 97 Tacoma need changing. That's a big PITA, so I gave it to my mechanic this afternoon. It's well worth the $600 he's charging me. Much, much, much Botheration.

Square tubing, I'd try a gutter company. If not there maybe Vaughn's sheet metal in Port Allen??

Any fab shop should be able to handle that very easily.

I'd use metal works, they've done a bunch of that type stuff for me over the years.

Are the 97 Tacoma wheel bearings a composite unit that press on to the splined housing that then bolts to the spindle?
If so, most auto parts houses only sell the bearing and you have to press out the splined part. Blupitbearings.com has the entire system already pressed together. Had to do my wife's 4Runner...let the mechanic do the first one..and then once the noise hadn't stopped, I decided I'd save some money and do the other one. Ordering from Bluepit was a breeze and the work wasn't bad (but I did have a 1/2" impact to help).

No, mine is 1st generation. What you described is on the 2nd Generation Taco's.
I'm thinking BluePit, might be a guy located in Marion Al. When I knew I was going to need new bearings, I started researching and found his post on TacomaWorld.com LINK .
At the time of his post he was getting $170 per side for 4x4 hubs.
Here's a post from (TTORA) that convinced me to pay to have it done.
Busting Tacoma knuckles apart is a real bitch and a half. Unless you have a big arse press, say 50 tons, I suggest you take it somewhere and let them do the suffering. Belive me it's worth the money. One of mine took over 30 tons before the bearing assembly busted loose from the spindle and I do mean busted loose. It finally exploded sending roller bearings flying all over the shop. Even then I still had to carefully cut one of the bearing races off with a Dremel tool and cutoff wheel.
It's as if Toyota goes out of their way to make screwing with wheel bearings difficult if not impossible. Even their rear axle bearings are an unnecessary PITA. One of the reasons I run Dana axles now.
