Dual threat QB from FCS powerhouse Eastern Washington. Dude has graduated early and can play immediately. Texas,UCLA, Florida was recruiting him to play, but Oregon got him for his final season even though they have 5 damn QB's on the roster.
I saw him play twice last season and the dude was prolific at passing the ball as well as running. Runner up for the Payton award last season.

You probably right. It's scary to think what this experienced talented college QB could do with LSU's talent at wide receiver, but Mile's and co would just have him hand it off a lot or run that goofy option play.
