I have one from Revgear. It was a gift but I think it runs around 300.00-350.00. The free standing ones work the best from my experience (base is filled with water or sand)

I have a UFC punching bag and it's secured to my ceiling. I didn't install it, so I couldn't tell you about that.

The Century models tend to get the best reviews in freestanding bags. The BOB XL is about tree fiddy, but is the coolest by far:

The Century Wavemasters are cheaper than BOB, but are also well-regarded - the XXL is ~$260.

I haven't owned one, but if I were in the market, these would form the short list.
