Why are these things still sent via standard mail? I would love to just get my taxes taken care of, but I am waiting on my W2 still.
Why, in 2015, are these not electronic? Back to the Future promised me a hover board by now, and I'm still waiting on a paper copy of my W2.
Not mad, just curious why it's still done this way.

Well apparently my old company just sucks. But I knew that already and that's why it's my old company.

Most companies do this.
I stupidly forgot to check the electronic box, so I'm still waiting on my other W2.

They are supposed to be sent out by 1/31, you may want to check with other people at your company and see if they've received theirs.
