Yeppir...just down the road. Was looking forward to seeing the final weigh-in but my SO booked us a trip to Gatlinburg that Thur-Sun so No Go.

You've got the perennial power houses.

Then there is the guy, Stephen Browning, from Hot Springs that won the open on the Red River. The kid from ULM, Brett Preuett, that won the collegiate classic is also fishing it.

They are both a couple of long shots, but somewhat local interest stories to follow.

For what it's wirth, a Buddy of mine sponsors Jacob Powroznick. He says JP really likes that lake and expects to contend. He felt confident enough that he talked my buddy into flying out there for the tournament.

Yeah I don't know how you could bet against him with how he performed last year in his first season with tr Elites.

Betting on the Classic is left to chance only slightly more than which square the chicken is going to shite in at the fair.
