Questions on Central Private School

We're fairly new to the area and need some info regarding Central Private.

My daughter, for a variety of reasons, typically does much better in a private school setting compared to a public school setting. We have found that even with the best of public school districts, the sheer size of the school (even if the class size is reasonable) is enough to make her extremely uncomfortable to the point of intolerable. It is something we have tried to work through with outside counseling, etc with really no progress.

I know Central Private holds some less than desirable reputation in its early days. I'm not so interested in this. I am more focused on today. What is the current state of Central Private - the politics within the school, the interaction between teachers and students, teachers and parents, administration and teachers, administration and parents, etc. How are the academics compared to other relative private and even public schools?

Another consideration that we have is that my daughter has a very rare medical condition. In our experience, even though public schools are legally required to provide accommodations for our daughter (which by the way are not all that involved), the private schools seem much easier to deal with. So this is another reason we are looking into Central Private.

So any insight anyone can give about the school will be helpful. We're also aware that rumors have been around for years that the school may close and isn't viable long term. I'm not sure if that's just talk or real. If we start her there, we'd like to be there long term.
