Traffic for the UK Game Tuesday

Been a struggle getting to these 6:00 games from Siegen after work. And with the much larger than usual crowd expected, it could be ugly.
Any ideas on the best route? Parking? Don't mind walking a good distance if necessary.

Leave early. Traffics going to be rough around br. But worse on campus.

LSU sent out a mass email yesterday with an excuse to leave work early. Forward it on to your employer. Its what I did. I also plan on parking near walkons or the baseball stadium.

I was gonna be a smartass and say leave early...but honestly, you're going to either a) have to leave work 30 mins early or b) go straight from your work

Are you really asking how to avoid rush hour traffic in baton Rouge? Lol. Once you figure that out give DOTD a call

Might be worth renting a helicopter. You can probably park it in tiger stadium.

I'll be coming from Siegen too, I'm leaving around 5:15 (or maybe even 5:00), I usually take Burbank all the way in, it's not awful except right around Lee Drive

I've come from the same direction and run into traffic problems for the last two 6:00 games. Both times Nicholson was backed up, so headed to River Road and came back around to old Alex Box lot on Skip Bertman Drive. Easiest to take Brightside to River Road.

I'm really worried about the crowd for the 6 pm start. 6 pm sucksss. The crowd won't max out until halfway through the 1st half. Maybe even later.

Did the exact same thing for the Auburn game, left work at 5:15 and went Siegen to Burbank but encountered the same thing as Goose a backup on Nicholson. Got in right in time for tipoff.
No way that works for Kentucky. Will try to leave earlier and maybe try Goose's route.

and because of all the traffic it will be a late arriving crowd... Not good for the Tigers. They need a crowd that's ready to rock from the opening tip.

Ill be leaving from airline and industriplex. I usually go seigen. And then interstate to dalrymple but lately dalrymple has been bad for 6 o clock games.

Is this really a thing? I was wondering how early I should get there Tuesday for good seats and I was thinking like 4:30.
