This is relatively pointless outside of CIA, FBI or other law enforcement/security/military entities.

If I am in bfe with no security, someone wants to shoot me with a .22 (criminals weapon of choice usually) they do it, see I'm not injured, I have no where to go, no way to protect myself, then what?

Is there a truce rule between businessmen and thieves that after 3 shots all parties pretend the incident didn't happen?

Actually old school organized crime would use .22s for hits (two in the head) because it's nearly impossible to run balistics on it.
