To Eat or Not to Eat...

I'm lactose intolerant and generally avoid foods that I know are gonna mess me up. However, sometimes it's time to go all in and have that bowl of ice cream...consequences be damned! Anyone else knowingly go eat some shite that you absolutely KNOW is gonna give you a stomach ache? I save Cold Stone Creamery for once every six months. Birthday Cake Remix is calling my name....

My mom was lactose-intolerant and would just take a Lactaid pill on those occasions where she just felt like eating something she shouldn't. That doesn't work for you? 
But yeah, I go for it...I drink one Coke a day, usually over ice to make it last longer. That's my vice, although it doesn't give me a stomach ache like yours does. I just know I shouldn't be drinking it. Really, really bad days, I get two.
