A shrimp salad with a wedge, egg, capers, red onion and Cousin's Creole Tomato dressing. Some crisp saltines to round it out.

About to check out Sheffield Beer and Wine Garden for the first time. It's supposed to be one of the top 20 beer gardens in the country

Yes, definitely!

We actually made it to 4 this year counting Wisconsin.

Do you have any upcoming trips through central MS?

I'm due a car service in 6,000 or so. I'll see if we can pull down a lunch. In the Fall, Boss will be happy to have us hit the tailgate...as good as it gets. They have an awesome crew.

I'm gonna do that gratin. You need to do the turnip gratin I put in the RB....and send me a weekend's worth of 15 year old wine.
