The Arkansas RB coach came over with Bielemma (sp) from Wisconsin. That coaching staff is known for developing smart strong runners and workjng well with the offensive line

He's a good coach. It's just that his recruiting left a lot to be desired. But obviously he won't have to worry about that in the NFL
