I think I can rid us of at least 2 or 3 turnovers a game

If we would simply run some inbounds plays. I swear its at least 2 or 3 sometimes more turnovers on an inbounds under the basket with our 4 guy in corners. Our only option is usually to the deep man, and its sometimes underthrown or overthrown and a turnover. Has any asked johnny why we dont motion some guys around, set some picks? I'm not a basketball x's and o's guy, but this seems simple enough.
I can take some of our other shortcomings, but this is an easy fix.

This also isn't limited to plays under the basket. Also happens when we are inbounding the basketball. Other answers would be faking some passes.

We aren't and shouldn't get rid of johnny. Not with what we have coming next year. Leave the thread loser.
