The MOST OBVIOUS weakness of this basketball team

is toughness. They don't like contact with the opponent and it shows. For the last 5 or so games it seems that the opposition gets every loose ball in the lane and gets an easy putback. What ever happened to making the offense pay with a "hard" foul? How many hard fouls have you seen us commit this year? This team is soft. Soft don't get you in the NCAA tourney. We need a Greg "Cookieman" or a Tyrus Thomas or anyone else who isn't afraid to get nasty. This team don't have it. Sad.

No. Having all five guys standing around doing nothing on offense until somebody throws up a contested 18-20 footer is the most obvious weakness. Lack of discipline in taking care of the ball is probably next. Playing no position defense and relying solely on blocking shots inside is another one that jumps out at you. And, of course, the age-old LSU problem, shared by many other schools in this age of no-fundamentals basketball...can't throw a peanut in the ocean.
Then, maybe lack of toughness. This team has so many weaknesses, it's really hard to name them all, let alone rank them.

Coaching.....this is an absolute joke. We have two guys who are puportedly high NBA draft picks and losing to teams that don't have any.
