We're you on a HS state championship team?

My senior year in high school we went 3-7 in football and finished 6th place in our district, last place in basketball, and last place in baseball. This was a 5A Texas High School

Basketball Texas 5A state champs.

Baseball

No. Either quarters or semis in football is the closest we came. But we had Dale Weiner, so we never really had a chance.

Debate team sophomore year

I was on two state champion cross country teams, didn't run in the state meet for either

I was an integral part of swim team getting state runner up my sophomore year though. State champs in 1 relay, state runner up in another, and came in 3rd in individual butterfly.

Won a state championship in baseball in Wisconsin.

Made playoffs in football, but didn't in basketball.

Closest we came was the Semis in 2008 when I was a sophomore. Still think we were the best team that year but our QB blew his ACL in the playoffs and our backup was the starting WR so it double fricked us. Barely lost to the eventual State Champs by 7 with a 108 yard INT return thrown by the backup. It was brutal:/


Next year we blew everyone out all season but our defense wasn't as good as the year before and someone played ball control on us so we got eliminated in the 2nd round

My senior year we were about 25 percent as talented as the previous two teams(which is why it was the only year I was a starter ) but we still won district and lost in the first round. Lost two consecutive fumbles on Kickoffs to open the game and be down 14-0. We switched to a triple option that year so that kind of just doomed us

I predict tons of honesty.

We made the state tourney in baseball every year but never won it all. Still sucks to think about.
