What to do with Napa cabbage

Bought a large one on spec at Central Market, then realized Ive never cooked one and have no clue. Suggestions? Please be specific. TIA

Make stir fry rice.

Carrots, ham bits, minced garlic, cooked rice, maybe a few peas, Sliced Napa Cabbage, soy sauce, crack an egg.
